About Us
We are a family-owned operation meaning the same team who does your walk through is the same team that installs your product to ensure consistency and transparency throughout the entire process. We provide only the highest quality products such as ProVia and Pella, combined with our expertise, this allows us to deliver a truly exceptional experience for our customers.

About Stanley
Stanley started his construction career framing homes in 2012, working for multiple large contractors before branching out on his own, making the transition to specializing in windows and doors in 2022.
When he isn’t meeting with customers or installing, you will find him outdoors – Stanley is an avid deer and turkey hunter. When he isn’t hunting, you’ll probably find him with his wife, their two sons, Theo and Tate, and at least one of their four dogs: Mylah, Colton, Steve McQueen, or Oakley working on their farm in Ashtabula County.
Our Process
We follow a 7-Point process with regards to our window and door projects:
- Initial Contact: We receive an inquiry from a client about general scope of the project. We reach out to schedule time for a free consultation.
- Free Consultation: We visit your home to see the project in person, review a general estimate, review product samples, and can take measurements to order product if you are ready. If not, no problem! We can come back to take measurements when you are ready to move forward.
- Follow up: We follow up with a formal written estimate via email or phone call – depending on how you would like to receive the estimate.
- Project Approval: Once the estimate is reviewed and accepted, we request the deposit amount outlined in the estimate. Once deposit is received, we order product.
- Installation Schedule: Once a product delivery date is available from the manufacturer, we will schedule a time and day(s) for installation with you.
- Project Completion: Once installation is complete, we perform a walk-through with you to review the completed work and ensure all parties are satisfied. Final payment is exchanged upon completion of the project.
