Our Process
We follow a 7-Point process with regards to our window and door projects:
- Initial Contact: We receive inquiry from customer about general scope of the project then schedule time for free consultation
- Free consultation: We visit the client’s home to see the project in person, review a general estimate, review product samples and sometimes take measurements (mostly depending on if customer is ready to move forward).If measurements not taken at first consult – come back to home to measure project
- Follow up: We follow up with a formal written estimate via email or phone call – depending on how the customer would like to receive the estimate.
- Project Approval: Once the estimate is accepted by the client, we request the deposit amount outlined in the estimate. Once deposit is received, we order product.
- Installation Schedule: Once a product delivery date is available from the manufacturer, we will schedule a time and day(s) for installation with the client.
- Project Completion: Once installation is complete, we perform a walk-through with customer to review the completed work and ensure all parties are satisfied. Final payment is exchanged upon completion of the project.
